Hi! i’m Ella, Owner of Salon Eight Ellaven. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2016 and have been in Charlotte since 2017! I love all things pink and girly but also grungy and edgy as well. You can find me sipping an Iced latte, with my two cats, or riding motorcycles with my friends. I dabble in almost everything hair wise but particularly love low maintenance dimensional color, men’s cuts, special occasion hair and some pink and purple peekaboos. I’ve dreamed of having my own salon since I started beauty school and I hope you will love my salon as much as I do!

Hi! I’m Ashley and I’m new to the Charlotte, NC area, originally from Massachusetts! I've had a passion for hair ever since I was a kid, and I’m so excited to experience this new city! I love lived in color, blonding and styling. I especially enjoy getting to know my clients and making them feel their best in my chair and outside of the salon. When not behind the chair you can find me with an espresso martini or a glass of sauvy b. I also enjoy visiting new local restaurants or a binge day of Vanderpump Rules. Hi! I’m Hannah and I graduated from Aveda Arts Institute in 2025! I’m born and raised outside of Charlotte, in Belmont. I’ve always dreamed of doing hair and my love for it continues to grow with every guest! I love all types of coloring including my higher and lower maintenance blondes. Whether you’re a bleach and tone or a super lived in blonde, I'll see you in my chair. Layered cuts are another favorite of mine, especially with hair on the longer side! When I’m not at the salon you’ll find me looking for a blueberry latte at a cute coffee shop, or curating own syrups at home. I’m usually found tanning by the pool, listening to Mac Miller, or hanging out with friends and family!

Hi! My name is Claire! I’m born and raised in Charleston SC, and am new to Charlotte! Working in the beauty industry is the biggest passion of mine and I love chatting and making my clients feel their best self - however that might look. I attended Paul Mitchell Beauty School in 2021 and have been doing hair since. As a long time blonde myself, I love a good bright blondie, some funky fashion colors with a side of haircuts! I am a cat mama to my two boys Lumi and Pimento. Let’s talk about books, coffee and shopping! I look forward to seeing you in my chair and giving you the best hair!

Hi, I’m Kyra! I’ve been a licensed hairstylist since 2021 and have been in Charlotte since 2019. I love creating lived-in color, shags, razor cuts, and layers of all kinds. I’m also a big fan of men’s cuts and vivid color - basically anything that lets me get creative behind the chair! When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me at a local dive bar with a Miller High Life in hand, or at home with Luna, my black Lab, and Lovey, my cat. My coffee order is an iced salted caramel latte with oat milk, only oat milk. When you’re in my chair, tell me about your travels, or we can dive into a good true crime conversation. I can’t wait to meet you and create some hair magic together!
