Cancellations And Rescheduling

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee to the card held on file.

Children In The Salon

We kindly ask that children under 10 years of age only be present if they are receiving a hair service. We value your time outside of work and home to be a relaxing and peaceful getaway. If there is an emergency and this is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible and we would be happy to find another time that works best for you! Thank you so much for your consideration!

No Show Policy

If you are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost to the card on file.

Rescheduling

If canceled less than 24 hours before appointment and rescheduled within the following 2 weeks, the cancellation fee is waved.
